Report a defect against a building and follow it from open to in progress to handled — with every current owner of that building able to see it and add a comment.

Good to know

No. The 7-day trial is completely card-less. You confirm your email address and get full access. If you decide not to continue, the account is switched off automatically — you are never charged by surprise.
You decide. Enter your billing details to continue on the paid plan, or do nothing and the account is deactivated. Your data is kept so you can pick up later if you change your mind.
You pay €10.00 per unit under management, per year, plus VAT. We raise a proper, legally-correct invoice and you pay it by bank transfer. No card processor sits in the middle.
Never. We deliberately have no sales team. You try the software, you decide, and if you have a question you email us. That is the whole process.
Condomana is a German-first product and is available in German and English today. It uses proper German WEG terminology throughout — Objekte, Einheiten, Eigentümer, Mängelliste.
Each organisation’s data is isolated from every other, and access inside it is by role. Owners only ever see their own building’s documents and defects, through the portal.
